To play video, right click on black box, and choose "Play in real Player ".  It still takes some time to load, but this format monitors the progress ( % ) of the load and then, when playing gives you the actual time in minutes and seconds of the video's progress. With "realPlayer", you can also watch in "Full Screen Mode".
