Driving Directions ~ Lady Bison Softball at Hollidaysburg - Legion Park
Driving Directions to Hollidaysburg Softball Field at Legion Park ~
Find your way over to I-99 at Tyrone via your favorite route and
travel south to Exit 31, Plank Road/Logan Valley Mall.
At the bottom of the ramp, turn LEFT on Plank Road.
Continue South on Plank Road, past the Summit, Wal-Mart and
the Hollidaysburg VA Home about two miles to North Juniata St.
( “Meadows Intersection” )
Turn LEFT on Juniata and go about 3/8 of a mile to the
Legion Park entrance on the right. Turn RIGHT into the
Driveway, pass the Legion Post Home and on into the park then
turn Right again once inside the park, past the picnic pavilions
to the far field for Varsity. The JV’s will play on one of
the other fields.
Total distance from Clearfield is about 55 miles; allow
around an hour and ten minutes.
Now here's some meaningless trivia for you, but you might find it
interesting, especially if you've made the trip to a game in Bradford.
Bradford is by far our longest road trip of the regular season
This trip to Hollidaysburg takes a while also. Well, how about this ~
Hollidaysburg girls' basketball used to (maybe still does) open their season
at the Bradford Tip-Off Tournament. That's about 140 miles, one way,
when winter's starting to close in. At night. No, thanks.
