The Lady Bison Diamond Club is proud to present the 2022 Lady Bison Softball State Championship Scholarship.
This scholarship was created to honor the legacy of the 14 girls who were members of that championship team,
while giving them the opportunity to give back to a current Lady Bison player.
This year’s recipient, as voted on by the members of the 2022 team, is Aevril Hayward.
Congratulations, Aevril, on this well-deserved honor!

Some context: In their 2022 State Championship Game, the Lady Bison were traiilng 2-0
in the fifth before Lauren Ressler's 2-run homer tied things up. In the 7th Alexis Bumbrger
hit a bases loaded single to end it. Prior to that Alexis had been 1-14 at the plate in the post-season.
